- 401 East just past Bowmanville to Hwy 115 exit for Peterborough / Lindsay.
- Go north to Hwy 7 exit for Fowlers Corners.
- Proceed north 12 kms to lights at the intersection for Fowlers Corners.
- Proceed north through the lights to the first right turn, approximately 300 meters, Fire Route 1.
- This gravel road will take you past two cottages on your right where the road will veer to the right to become Fire Route 1B. Stone Gardens on the Lake, #627 with a large parking area will be on your left.
- Please pull in and proceed to the front entrance of the cottage to be your haven until your departure.
From Ottawa…
- Hwy 7 west to Peterborough.
- You may proceed directly west through Peterborough on Lansdowne Street, beyond to Pinto’s Corners.
- At Pinto's Corners you will have to make a right turn to continue on Hwy 7 to Fowlers Corners.
- Continue on Hwy 7 for approximately 6 kms to the lights at the intersection for Fowlers Corners.
- Proceed north through the lights to the first right turn, approximately 300 meters, Fire Route 1.
- This gravel road will take you past two cottages on your right where the road will veer to the right to become Fire Route 1B. Stone Gardens on the Lake, #627 with a large parking area will be on your left.
